Character Unable to fire weapons

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports

During main play game, the character lost the ability to use the basic weapon fire power.
I have switched between weapons and the same problem is presented.
I removed all the guns and the problem persist.
A new character does not have this problem.

    I had this happen to me a couple times. My suggestion once you get it fixed is to lock the tray (checkbox at the bottom of the skills window the other poster shows) so you don't accidentally drag skills around unless you want to add, move, or remove a skill on purpose.

    Left-clicking on the power tray activates skills.
    Right-clicking drags the skills around, or removed them from the tray.
