Pahvo event ended early. Reimbursement of dilthium?

This post was requested by ARC support team - need to post to game bugs because customer support won't pass the problem onto the correct department themselves. Absurd.
The Pahvo ended at 10am PT, not at the stated 12pm PT time. Missed out on 15,000 dilthium. Will there be some sort of reimbursement for the missed dilithium. I logged in to run event at 11:30 am PT. What will be done to fix the problem for future events?
