Unable to access the Second Kings and Queens Episode

Dear Developers, I have been having issues with the Kings and Queens Episode line particularly the second episode. Since its Release I have not been able to access it for some time now. Im mainly on the tribble server and The Holodeck seems a little crowded for me so i prefer to be on tribble. if any of the developers can help me with this issue you can email me by jmwaring97@gmail.com on the hours from noon to 10pm EDT. I would like to have this solved in any case.
