How do I get the Malachowski ship parts?

Ok... I have the tier 6 Fleet Advanced Light Cruiser (Miranda). I wanted to modify her appearance using bits from some of the other classes in the list, but some are not available, notably the Clarke and Malachowski bits. I tried reclaiming the Tier 1 Malachowski, thinking that might unlock the Malachowski bits for me to use on the T6 ship, but it didn't unlock anything. This led me to make this thread.
My question is, which ship do I need to buy to get access to all the bits I want? That is, is there one ship I can get that will unlock the Clarke and Malachowski parts?
