How do I find how much playtime I spent on a specific character?

I have a Gamma Recruit that I want to have access to everything my other special characters unlocked for my account, but Jem'Hadar are gated behind 20 hours of playtime (and they have to be level 65, but that can be done by the time the prologue or first story mission is over.)
I recognize that the gate will be opened eventually, but I would nonetheless like to keep an eye on it. So how do I do that? Can I do that?
