    It doesn't mention them being Promotional packs, so no lobi or chance at a ship with these? Also, probably a typo from copy-pasting old text but are the R&D packs missing the new Advanced mats for batteries and consoles?

    Opinion: it makes much more sense to wait for the next time there is a sale on the promo version.
