Maelstrom and Infected Space Conduit Issues report posts closed. Why?

Question in the Title.
Both issues are still persisting, affecting (but not limited to) what is left off the dps crowd. seemingly unaddressed despite detailed elaboration by xgamefreakz.
I don't want to assume malintent altho it sure looks like a cheap moderation move to close those open issues posts without further notice.

    Discussion of moderation is against the forum's rules. These posts are closed as soon as a moderator notices it.

    However, the first post is more than 30 days since the last post, therefore it can't be reopened, the second one is specifically a bug report and needs to be opened in the Support Forum. Bugs are not to be reported in General Discussion.
