vaadwaur endeavor

newbie here

I just started trying to do endeavors but can't seem to find them. Today was Vaadwaur ground, and undine yesterday, and 1 the day before but I forget the name.

I warped to quad and went to Kobali Prime but could not interact with it. I tried finding an old mission (found calvary) and still could not interact with planet or anyone on it.

    For the quick method go to the Delta Quadrant arc in your mission journal and skip all the missions until you get to "The Kobali Front" that will let you interact with Kobali Prime. Once there you'll have a TON of Vaadwaur targets.

    some places like the badlands are also level locked

    True, but if you are at the point to be trying Endeavors you are at least level 60.
