Does Star Trek Online have a Suggestion Box?

Does Star Trek Online have a suggestion box? I would like to see an introduction of a Breen "Science Vessel" with one hanger bay. My science character is currently utilizing Breen Sarr Theln Carrier but lacks the ability to equip a secondary deflector.

    There is the feedback sub forum. In the case of your post IMO this is suited to Feedback - builds, powers, and game mechanics.

    For the past year, I've been wanting that "fiery Pah Wraith ground punch" that Mirror Leeta used to do in the (no longer available) TFO "Asssault on Terok Nor" as an emote. Which subforum within the Feedback forum would I be allowed to post that?

    Well, suggestions about in-game NPC's powers are feedback.
