Make Infinity Prize packs ACCOUNT bound...

Since it's on discount I just spent Zen to buy a 20-key ring. Opened some of the Infinity boxes I have stashed and I received two of those Infinity Prize Packs where you can chose a Trait.

I'm looking to get "A good day to die" for my TACT character... the trait shows up when I do "More Details" but when I "Use" it's nowhere to be found because I opened the lockbox on my SCI character??? So I wasted several very expensive Master Keys to get an item I cannot even claim! However buying the box containing the trait off the exchange works??? Even if I didn't intend on using the trait myself it means I cannot sell it on the exchange because I opened it with the wrong character. That's just S-tier BS.

The in-game tooltip needs to be A LOT CLEARER that your claiming character also needs to be of the correct class to be able to claim the box containing the trait, not just being able to use the trait! The current way I interpret what the tooltip says is that I need to be of said class (ENG,TAC, SCI) to USE a trait, not to CLAIM the box containing it. Just make these packs account bound, because why the hekk not!?

For future reference, if something like this happens immediately open a support ticket on that character if doing it in game or on the Support website. When you do this the report copies your logfiles. They can verify what happen and fix the issue. I have gotten things back by doing this. This game has a lot of bugs and they do try to help. I have always found STO tech support very friendly and useful.

There been times I thought I didn't get something but they help me find it in my inventory or a bug in the mail system that allow a mail with a attachment to be deleted. With the logfile they verify it happen and got it back for me.
