Looking for an active fleet

Hey everyone! I am looking for an active fleet that offers promotions, access to fleet projects, and will help me with builds.

I am a veteran player, and have just not had luck with fleets. I am mainly looking for help on getting some good builds for my ships, as I have been more of a player who hasn't cared about that, but I would like to start diving into that.
