Change the name of Starbase 1 back to Starbase One

I have a minor nitpick.

It seems the latest content has started naming Starbase One -> Starbase 1. Although minor, it seems off that all text is suddenly referring to Earth's first starbase with a numeral instead of the usual text. That's like everyone suddenly referring to the Enterprise as ↵🏆.

As Data once said, "One is my name. The other is not."

    There's similar textual errors/anomalies throughout the game - the main one being "Deep Space Nine" in some places and "Deep Space 9" in others.
    It is annoying? Only is you really want consistency.
    Does it matter? Probably not...
