Standard issue equipment on ships

As someone who switches ships alot (to get traits) having to delete standard issue stuff is getting really tiresome!
So i suggest a system much like the current EVA suits, where every character just HAS a greyed out standard suit that cannot be removed but replaced with others.
So if i unequip my current Disco phasers there will be a standard phaser/disruptor (etc) there or the same for warp core or shields, this way if the loadout acts up and removes all your equipment entering a tfo you wont be a sitting duck with no shields
Also vanity slot for weapons plz!

I'd like it if there was an easier method of dumping Standard Issue equipment, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to implement. Something similar to the EV suit certainly sounds nice, but it would cause problems if you just wanted to have one specific weapon on a ship to try something.

As an alternative to right-clicking each specific item and deleting it, consider briefly Drydocking the ship so the equipment ends p in your inventory. Then, you can get rid of it all with your Replicator.

Or maybe being able to select multiply equipment using shift + click then group delete?

ur an unequip button with selectable rarity filter unequip common unequip rare, so forth
