Feature request regarding Risian birds and monkeys

1. Please make Risian birds and monkeys bound to account rather than bound to character.

2. If that is not possible, then give us the ability to convert from one type of bird or monkey to another; for example, seaspray to passion wing, non-tufted to tufted, green monkey to red monkey, without-mask to with-mask, etc. You can call it genetic resequencing.

    I'd like to add, too, that the unique coloration of Tufted birds would be more usefull if the rare coloration patterns actually stayed with the bird all the way until elder age. I just had a passion wing take on a beautiful purple and red coloration as a youth, then completely change back to generic purple and yellow as an elder. Not sure if this is a bug or a lottery mechanic, but I'm not a fan.
