Greetings all,
Steelseries Gaming is currently giving away these S.T.O. packs.
Now unfortunately you need to have their app installed in order to gain it, but free is free ;) .
Pack includes (1 console - universal - Plasma Wave) and 1 Elite Services Pack..

    Are you sure that is recent and not geolocked?
    Browsing the steelseries site now and its not showing up
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Not sure about geolocked, although I am in Australia, but I do not think that really matters.
    But its through their installed PC app that I grabbed it about 24 hours ago, just checked again in the app and it is still available there.

    It's not geolocked, but it was available through the app.

    Not sure i will keep or use the app often, but this giveaway is useful on one of my newest chars

    So I did it, and got a code under their giveaway section. I ran the download on my Mac and it tried to install Teamviewer and Logmein RDP clients, which my Mac blocked thankfully. Be cautious and make sure you go through your recently added programs and extensions if you download the app. On the upside is that the key was available and valid

    When I closed the app on my Mac, a security box was waiting for me. The app wanted to record keystrokes from any application. Deleted it straight away. The app download is full of very suspicious apps and access requests !!!!!!!!!

    Not on PC, but you definitely downloaded the app from the main vendor site and not from a third-party site?

    Yip, from the main vendor site. Just in touch with them at the moment showing the screenshots etc. They are looking into it. Different installers for Mac and Windows, so may be something in the Mac downloader.

    Anyone from UK claimed this, I have claimed things before from this but now the blue button with get key is missing from the app, tried two different machines, three different DNS servers and two different ISP and still nothing, have contacted steelseries support but they don't have much to say, no even sure if its a real person or just scripts or Ai generated that responded.rc3gp303bxao.jpg

    Does the ship console bind to character? Some promotional consoles don't such as the Terran Agony ship console.

    When I try to collect this key, all I get is a persistent "error has occurred, please try again later." How do I disable this error and actually GET the key?

    Keys for the other games are generated, so I'm guessing they are out of STO keys but haven't moved it to the "no keys left" section.

    I have had a ticket open with steelseries support since 10 July regarding the blue button being missing, still no answer, not heard anything from them in over two weeks, its still listed in the app with no blue button, but more offers are there that have the button, very doubtful they ever going to resole it.

    I actually recently purchased a steelseries headset, so I happen to have the app. I was able to get a code today, in the US. Thanks for the heads up!
