    Still, free is free. Got one for both my STO accts
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Sword is Character Bound, the box for the Elite Services thingy is Account Bound (all will apply to the char that opens it, unless you're maxed in one them[Ex. Inventory Slots], in which case it'll give Account Bound packs for what is over your limit), Tholian pet box is oddly not Bound at all.

    I redeemed my code last night and still do not see the loot anywhere.

    you have to go to arc and redeem the code then you have to sign into the toon who gets the goodies it's in the promo tab
