    Start date was the 2nd, article was published on the 3rd...

    And Onna isn't at DS9 on PlayStation...

    Agents are not present in either location on Xbox. They are not responding to the post on their Twitter announcement. Seems like auto posting event without proof reading.

    The in-game notice says 4th until 11th, so that explains why we've been looking for nothing for the past 2 days.
    Also, given that these events tend to only run for one week, 4 to 11 fits that whereas 2 til 11 doesn't.
