New Legendary Bundle Playable Cardassian???

I wish they would have put something else in there since I got the Dominion Set and already have the playable Cardassian. I think its stupid that they keep putting the same items from other Bundles into new Bundles makes me feel ripped off...

But yeah, I can see why people feel that legendary packs should contain unique stuff instead of repacking already existing things that many players might already have.
With things like the 13th anniversary bundle, all the contents were unique (excluding some services, but those aren't really single-time unlocks so that's different). If you buy one ship separately and then after a while the entire pack, it's your own choice for not getting a discount - you could've bought the entire pack in the first place.
With older stuff it's different. No one could have known or predicted, when playable Cardassians were added years ago, that they'd end up in a (totally unrelated) legendary pack one day. Legendary ships weren't even a thing yet back then.
So it would be only fair if a discount were given if we're dealing with pre-existing items or unlocks that are already owned by the player.
@ambassadorkael#6946 Even if this cannot be used as useful feedback for this pack anymore, I'd like to provide it at least for future releases.
Oh, I get the bundle either way because mainly I'm after the two ships. I think its sad that this is a repeating thing that stuff gets repacked into newer bundles. They don't care how people feel about it because they know we buy it anyway but for me its shady business practice putting things in there some people already have just to increase the price of the bundle. They could do stuff like they do with the mudd bundle and put different things in there you can choose from but no they push stuff down your throat you already own...
I also purchased the Cardassian race, seems pointless to re-gift them at a higher price, also it's an odd choice too, why Cardassians? In a clearly Romulan themed pack no less,
If I were to put Cardassians in a bundle it would be in a Cardassian themed bundle with Galor, Damar, Ghemor, Detapa and Keldon classes, with 2 unique Bajoran BOFFs as well.
It does seem like a very odd choice.
At least give me the ability to use it with Romulan and Dominion.
They never said no, only no maybe later. They just have said they just don't have the resources atm to make it happen as they want to do more then just add the race they want to change some dialog too. They even said maybe kickstarter to make it happen at one point. Pre-victory is life they were opposed to it but later they just said they didn't have the resources and would rather devote them else were. But if it would help sell a ship pack then well I think they could devote some resources to making it happen.

That was different loaf of bread. It doesn't count. What you need a vine of tomatoes. Eat one and then you will get a discount on the remaining items.
This is patently false. The Dominion Faction is actually, specifically a Jem'Hadar Faction. As they developed the story, it made no sense to have other Dominion races, because the story is Jem'Hadar-centric. They never stated that they "wanted" to do playable Vorta, only that they didn't rule it out entirely as a "maybe. someday". The idea of kickstarter is a non-starter, and has always been something that they cannot/will not do. Resources, or lack thereof, had absolutely nothing to do with any of this. I would suggest that you read the FCT regarding these subjects, before giving out false information.

a Vorta faction could work just as well, just copy everything from the Jem'Hadar one but have Vortas start at level 1 instead of 60 and it on either Normal or Advanced difficulty, unfortunately the STO team is currently against making more factions
Not that I mind or anything since, I've been secretly working on a Faux Changling named Jax who named after a character from Mortal Kombat, Jax's first form is basically Captain Shon, while his off duty form is his true form for the robes, he inflitrated Starfleet by posing as the Captain of their flagship, didn't realize that Picard also had Changlings inflitrators when I made, I put him in Starfleet for the eye thingy, looks like a scouter that you see Vorta NPCs wear also the blue transporter effects were a requirement
This is mostly what I meant that it was maybe someday not a defiant no, at one point they did suggest a kickstarter I don't know why they did just that they have before, I am not surprised that this went no where or was not a serious suggestion. Resource comment is more to represent that they choose to devote their resources to other projects then the relatively minor one(but asset heavy) that is adding vorta. Not that they some how couldn't make them with the resources they have. Though I do think if they were apart of a larger or more expensive ship bundle that it would be more likely to consider adding a fan favorite race like vorta with it as a unlock.
