Looking to create a new Fed fleet

Hello Everyone,

I've been looking to create a new Fed fleet and would like to know if anyone would like to help me set it up ?

Even if they leave once the fleet is setup.

I have a character with a good amount of dilithium and am using other characters to generate even more.

If there are 4 people who would like to help me with the setup please let me know.

Just out of curiosity, how much dil do you have? I am merely asking as some projects takes millions of dil. I'm not looking to join, but I'd rather you know what you're getting yourself into.
