Zen Store Issues - Unable to claim Temporal Agent Starter Pack

Ok this is getting frustrating. I purchased the Temporal Agent Starter Pack and the neither of the included ships are showing up. Any ideas?

    In many cases, opening a bundle like that will unlock the ship(s), but you need to go to the Ship tab to actually claim them on a toon. If the ship(s) are not showing as unlocked in that section, I would suggest filing a bug report or contact Suport directly.

    Have you visited the shipyard to "acquire" the ships? I think they should be available to you free of charge there.

    Claiming the Temporal Agent Starter Pack just unlocks the Ships in the corresponding parts of the Z-Store.

    The Constitution can be found at "Ships > T1-4 Reclaim" and the T6 Temporal Cruiser can be found under "Ships > T6". Both should have 'Claim' buttons.

    Additionally, your new 0718 Bridge Officer can be claimed under "Personnel > Bridge Officers".
