    I am not sure what this is awarding precisly. The Title "Double Experience Event!" and the image suggest it is doouble Experience. The text, however, says "During the event, content that provides skill points and expertise will reward a 100% (2x) Bonus above normal amounts". Abovve normal amounts of what? Skill points, Expertise, or Experience?

    Going by what it says, my guess would be both. In STO, character level is advanced with experience points, but once you hit max level it stops doing that and starts turning stacks of what used to be leveling xp into "skill points" (for the specialization skills) using the xp system tracking bars instead.
