Missing Convention Items

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I am missing the Holo Leeta Duty Officer from the early conventions. The item used to appear in my promotions tab of the zen store but it is no longer there. I had claimed the doff on many of my old toons but since it is no longer in my listed products, I can not get the doff on my new toons. I am also missing the Lorca/Landry Holo Bridge Officers that came from the 2019 STLV. I had only claimed it for one toon that now has the Discovery Captain boost on it that gave several of the holo boffs from Discovery. I can't find the boffs anywhere else on my account.

    Have you filed a ticket with Customer Support? Only they can help with lost items.
