anyway to have auto execute on key board?

i play with one hand and the controller for console helps a lot. i can just auto execute most skills. on key board i am looking down at the key board to click skills then i am looking at the screen enjoying the game on pc. is there anyone to bind skills so they auto execute after cooldowns are over?
