[Phaser Full Auto Rifle (Dsc)] has a base dps 3 to 4 times higher than other ground weapons

Is it intended? Probably not! Will it ever be changed? Probably also not! Now you know, and knowing is half the battle. The other half is 50 lobi, four pheonix upgrades, pressing Aim, and mashing 1 over and over.

    I don't have exact numbers, but I wouldn't say the difference in damage compared to other weapons is that dramatic. Yes, it is higher, but not by that much.
