How do you get rid of KDF prisoners?

When they changed the fleet donation system, we lost a way to donate prisoners to fleet projects. I have a ton of prisoners and was hoping they would patch that feature back into the game. Does anyone know if that's going to happen? If not, how do you get rid of hundreds of prisoners?

    It depends whether you're Fed or KDF. If you're KDF there's Forced Labor Camp (350 dil), Forced Labor Requisition (500 dil), Consign Prisoners to Colonial Labor Battalion (1000 dil). If you're Fed, they're worthless at the moment.

    If you're Fed, Prisoners can be transferred to the security officer at ESD - same one you can turn in captured Changelings to. Forget how many dil that mission gets, but there is dil. Downside is you can only transfer two at a time, with (IIRC) an eight-hour cooldown.

    The mission only rewards 5 dil, has a one-hour mission time, and no cooldown. This is one of the Universal Endeavor missions (Deliver 10 prisoners or 10 tribble carcasses) so I've seen that it doesn't have the cooldown.

    Also if you just want to get rid of them you can always dismiss them. It's not an efficient use of them only awarding 1 dil and 10 recruitment exp.

    That was probably what he meant by cooldown, the one-hour mission time.

    I wait for that Universal to pop up to use my prisoners on my Fed. If I have to, I transfer enough to one toon to make the 10 prisoners.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D
