Winter Tribbles - Useless

lobstercatlobstercat Member Posts: 51 Arc User
Enough of the useless Winter Tribble during the winter event. They cant be consumed by cannibals. All they do is fill up bank slots and I have to delete on by one.

You're supposed to get event tribbles because you want the abilities they confer. Getting plain old tribbles to feed a cannibal is simplicity itself - just pick up every drop on ground missions.

Cannibal Tribbles won't eat special Tribbles. I'm wondering why you're hanging on to food so that they can breed. 🤔

I claim the special tribbles to use, not to laugh manically as I watch another tribble feast on their flesh.

    You monster ;)

+5 Repel Resistance Rating for 3,600 seconds.
+5 Knockback Resistance Rating for 3,600 seconds.
+5 Cold Damage Resistance Rating for 3,600 seconds.
    AOE Bonus during Winter Event.

So what part of the Winter Tribble is "useless"? Without trying hard I can think of numerous Ground PvE Episodes where the first two things benefit a player. Unless someone enjoys being tossed around by NPCs.

If Tribbles are eating all a player's QWW food items, this is an Inventory management issue. Not a Tribble problem. If a player is stockpiling QWW food items in the hopes of price gouging other players on the Exchange, said player should place the food items in question in their Bank instead leaving these items in Inventory. After that player ensures sure there are no Tribbles in the Bank.

Both are quite tasty when grilled or baked. Which is the reason my Starfleet Captains always put in a special request for a Klingon chef DOff. You want the Epic one, of course. Because that one not only survived Master Chef, it also survived Diners and Dives. XD

Nimbus ground is good about giving plain tribbles if you're collecting them for cannibal tribbles. So is Nukara Prime. Just pick up all drops when fighting on either world. You can always sell what you don't want to a vendor for half price most places.
Now a LTS and loving it.
