Did not get Dil reward for finishing Ferengi Admiralty Tour of Duty

This has happened twice at least in the last week on 2 different characters (Wasn't quite sure the first time but it just did it again this morning). Did not get the 30K Unrefined Dilithium for completing Ferengi Alliance Admiralty Tour of Duty. Out 60K in total this week. Please fix.

    Nope, but as you see above the reward is a 30k bonus dilithium pool.
    This means that you gain 50% extra dilithium from most regular dil sources until the pool is used up.
    The change was made quite some time ago - around the beginning of 2020, almost 3 years ago.

    You don't earn 30K unrefined Dil.

    I recently (today) completed the ferengi alliance tour of duty (10 of 10) and haven't received any dilithium. How do I redeem it or have the ferengi conned me?

    Answer ...

    you have earned a 30k bonus dilithium pool. When you earn dil from other avenues, you will get an extra 50% from this pool. You still need to go out and earn the dil though.

    As mentioned above, a bit more info. This was changed years ago to only reward Bonus Pool Dil, not actual Dilithium ore anymore.
