PS4: Cobalt Ba'ul Antiproton Ground Weapons Bug - Missing Ba'ul Refraction

I was playing around with one of my toons and using the Cobalt Ba'ul ground weapons. Not sure when this happened, but the Tooltip does not list the Ba'ul Refraction proc. When firing the weapons, the proc is nonexistent. The proc was definitely there before because I used them a few months ago on Operation Wolf and older than that on the new Halloween TFO. This is only on the Cobalt Ba'ul Ground weapons. The regular red Ba'ul weapons are fine.
