2 Elite Boff Issues

After upgrading the Z-Store Fed Lib Borg Boff to Elite, she can't equip any Kit Frames. Have switched maps to ground and logged off, but it doesn't resolve this.

Edit: The issue is on a TOS toon's Boff. The upgrade worked on a 2409 toon's Boff fine. It's not the only issue with TOS toons e.g. Warp Animations on Intrepid, Donnie etc.

Some personal traits that are listed for Elite Boff's to choose from (such as Neural Blast and Superior Neural Blast for Lib Borg Boff's) will not apply when selected. These vary between Boff's too, but they are basically traits that they already have.

    The most obvious thing to ask here is that you've made sure to match the 'career' path of the Boff? Z-Store Lib Borg is an Engineer so can only equip Engineer Kit Frames or the Universal Kit Frames from the Colony.

    I can confirm the superior traits not being able to be applied nor are the normal ones associated with the superior ones. Other normal traits can sometimes be applied. Also there doesn't see to be a way to train your Boff a new trait, you don't get a choice as to which character gets to learn the trait when you use it.

    Any word yet on when we can equip the Superior traits (or their associated normal trait) and train Elite Boff new traits. I've tried training Boff new traits but there does not appear to be a way to do so and that is for traits they should be able to learn, not the restricted ones like Bond life
