Cryotonic modulation not working

The Winter event kit module Cryotonic modulation isn't working. At least, not at MK 15.

Its damage does not show up in the damage logs.
The buff icon only shows for a second or so underneath my character's name and then disappears (it should be active for over 30 seconds, according to the module's description).
The animation (a cloud of snow around your character) only plays for that same second and then disappears, whereas it used to be persistent, showing for as long as the effect was active.

It may be that it stops working at MK 15, as I suspect that it stopped working after I upgraded it but I'm not entirely sure of this.

    I just checked another character, which has the same module but still at MK 12. It works there. The damage shows up in the log and both the visuals and the icon of the power persist.

    So the issue seems to be related to upgrading the module.

    Just be sure you are talking about the Tactical module CryoTronic modulation.
    1): tested 12 and 15 internally and the buffs debuffs work correctly
    2): The power and module only lists 15 seconds as the buff. Where did you see 30 seconds?
    3): Also viewed the fx internally and it matches the 15 seconds duration as the buff.

    Yes, I'm talking about the tactical kit module.

    1. and 3. The Mk 12 module works correct for me too. For the Mk 15 one, the icons stop being shown almost immediately after activation. Animations are also shown only a second or so. I just checked another combat log, I didn't see any mention of it.

    2. It's actually 38.2 seconds, to be more precise than my last post. That is what it says when hovering over the power on my tray, but also when looking at the kit module itself. See these screenshots below

    I wish I could capture things like the absence of animations and icons while fighting, but that's a lot trickier. It's just like I described though: the animation shows very briefly and then disappears. No damage mentioned in the log either. But only when using the MK 15 module, the MK 12 module works fine.

    ah your using items/ equipment to extend the duration right? Can you tell which character your using? so I can export and import it internally to find out what might be going on. I'm testing on a blank slate character with no anything and just using the module.

    Any news on this?

    I've noticed that the module sometimes works now. In some cases (like when activating it in combat and immediately using things like Target Optics), the buff will remain active for a few seconds but it's far from reliable and nowhere near how long it should be active.
