    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    We’ve updated the Temporal Agent goals to include some new ones, and removed goals from missions that are no longer in the game, so you don’t have to worry about finding Temporal Probes in places that you can no longer reach. You’ll be able to earn bonuses for reaching level 60, marks for all of the reputations that have been added to the game, and rewards for engaging in R&D and specializations.

    Existing Temporal Agents will be able to complete these new goals as well, and if you’ve already finished them, you can claim the rewards immediately.
    Those 'updates' are old now and paragraphs such as that above can be slightly misleading.
    Yes, the Event is updated from what it was originally, but I doubt there's anything new this run that wasn't already there in the previous run.

    Do I have to create a brand new TOS captain during the event in order to receive the Temporal Agent Transceiver Device or I just have to talk to someone with an existing TOS captain to get it?
    Is there anything I'm gonna miss if I play with an existing TOS captain?

    To be clear, if your older TOS toon was created during a previous Temporal Recruitment event and received their Tesseract device, then you won't be missing out on anything. Otherwise, if not, then you'd have to create a new TOS toon and play it until you receive the Tesseract device to become a Temporal Agent and eligible to receive the recruitment rewards.

    When do you get the transponder? I've done the tutorial twice up until to have to fight the Gorn in the first mission. What am I doing wrong. I'm on PC.

    You have to finish the entire TOS Arc until you get to 2409. Then you'll receive the Temporal Transponder.
