Can we make the Federation Special Issue Environmental Suit Upgradeable?

Can you make the Federation Special Issue Environmental Suit that comes in the Legendary Federation 2049 Captain Bundle Upgradeable? And I'm still waiting for those dual type II federation pistols.

    Why? Most other EV suits aren't upgradable either.
