Question about Campaign IV Prizes T6 ship

Curious is there a bug in the RECLAIM option ingame?

I claimed the reward for a single T6 ship on my main character and am currently using it on that char, but the reward info said that it was an account unlock ship, yet I am on another character and I am unable to find it in the Reclaim section.

Why, does anyone know?

    Alas, It's not an account unlock ship.

    The tooltip text:
    "The starship chosen from this pack will be Bound to Account."

    ...means that the ship cannot be sold on the exchange but can be traded to any character on your account before that ship is opened for whichever character you choose.

    Dammit, I knew the ships could be moved while boxed, but I thought it could be moved while unboxed!!
