Fleet rename not working

We were playing several missions and we decided that we wanted to update our fleet name slightly but when we typed in the fleet name changes and hit save the name changes did not commit. We tried to retype and save the name changes again, searching for a fleet with a simialr name, switching in and out of the fleet info window, moving maps, and changing characters but to no avail, no matter what we did the changes we made to our fleet name would not appear even though we all recieved a message saying that the name changes for the fleet were accepted and the name was changed. Would it possible to fix this? Thank you so much and keep up the great work, this game is awesome.
