Any effective counters to the large numbers of placates and that exitus god mod for space PvP?

Hey there, I've done a couple of guides over on Reddit and Youtube about this very topic.

    To clear placates:
For Jam Sensors -> use science team
For Aux2Sif Placate Doff -> use eng team
For Pseudo Submission -> Narrow Sensor Bands is the only thing that stops this. The best method is to just not actually target someone until you have to. Fire your weapons with no target selected, is what I'm telling you to do here. Pseudo is also affected by your control skill so if you have Hardened Sensors or higher CTRLX the time you are placated will be shorter - still not ideal.

Edit: Fleet Maneuver Gamma from the JHEC also works against Pseudo and Jam, but it's bugged and doesn't work against Aux2Sif

    Exitus/Intel Team:
This is not a placate, it is a stealth ability.
All player ships have a base perception of 5000. If your target uses Intel Team 3, you can target them at:
    (5000-4680)/50= 6.4km
If they add Exitus, it's another 500 stealth, and this stacks with other sources of stealth (ex. Pirate Boff adds 150 more stealth)
    ex.
((5000-(4680+500))/50= -3.6km = cannot target at any range

So now we have to raise our perception to be able to target them. Let's say, AP Lambda 3 (adds 500 perception)
    ((5000+500)-(4680+500))/50= 6.4km again

It's a constant tug of war. They will increase their stealth, you have to raise your perception. The alternative is using things that stop them from activating Intel Team, for example charged particle burst (like from the Matha raptor trait). The thing that sucks about that is things like that which decloak enemies (traditional cloak) don't strip the buff from Intel Team.

This whole thing with Exitus breaks because...
A ship with Exitus AND pilot seating, when you are attacked with AP Lambda, you suffer a -625 perception buff too. So let me give an example:
Our Perception is 5000, we us AP Lambda 3, now it's 5500. We get attacked with Lambda 1, now it's 4875.
Our target ship still has 5500+ stealth from Exitus. We cannot target them at any range.

At the moment, it is possible to stack far more stealth than it is possible to stack perception. Ships that lack pilot seating for AP Lambda stand even less of a chance.

It's not as much of an issue in a team environment because Lambda is only being applied to you. So in a 1v1, you're always getting debuffed. If you have a teammate, they can attack your attacker since they aren't being debuffed.

    The Solution to this:
    1. Remove the negative perception debuff from AP Lambda.
    2. Make abilities like Charged Particle Burst, Plasma Emission Torpedo Clouds, etc. which say "Disables Cloak for X seconds" actually strip the stealth buff from Intel Team.
