Unable to claim mirror strike wing escort

in C-Store, ZEN, and Promotions
I bought the Anniversary pack yesterday. Today I tried to try out the Engle Mirror Strike Wing Escort. I am unable to find it in the C Store, or the Shipyard. I can put the mirror skin on the Earhart, but that's as close as I can get.

    Have you checked your inventory for a box?

    It is a lockbox ship after all, so they may deliver it the same way.

    I couldn't find it because it's:

    1. Not at the ship vendor
    2. Not listed in the C Store as available to buy

    It is listed among the already claimed ships, and that's where I finally claimed it. I found this to be counterintuitive, but life is like that sometimes.

    Ship vendor generally doesn't sell 'specialty' ships - even when they're claimable from the Z-Store.

    Because you bought it as part of the pack.

    Glad you managed to find it. I had hoped to be able to help you with this earlier, but I didn't yet manage to scrape the Zen together to get the pack.

    To me, it refers to ships in the Z-Store with the "Claim" button.

    Well, as I said, I do not have the pack, but I'm just trying to be helpful as possible and referring you back to what someone else said, not me.

    However, in an attempt to be as clear as possible, the Pack description states:
    After buying this pack, the 5 ships will appear in the Tier 6 category in the Ships Tab of the Zen Store. These are unlocked for the whole account.

    Now, this suggests to me that the ship should be listed amongst your Purchased ships with a 'Claim' button on it, as a previous poster has managed to find.

    If it's not there, then Support is indeed your best option, not me.

    I don't know if it is the same for you but try this.

    In the C-Store go to the ships tab. Then select the Tier 6 tab. Scroll down to the 4 Terran ships. After that, the rest of the ships are in alphabetical order. Scroll down until you see Mirror Engle Strike Wing Escort [T6].

    That is where I found mine.
