Since Patch Several times Server Not Responding in TFO's with boot

Been trying to get some TFO's done but Sever keeps crapping out. Happened several times since the servers are back.

    I hadn't experienced any disconnects for weeks and now I've been booted out of the game multiple times already.

    I thought it was related to klingon event I'm experiencing the same half way through a mission not responding then boot log back in and I need to start mission again and then repeats

    Constant drops since the update - cannot finish the KDF recruit tutorial due to the constant drops

    I still get a lot of lag, but not so much than before the patch... so.. an inprovement??, kinda??
