Unable to log into tribble

the launcher says the server is up but when I log in a message pops up saying unable to connect to server. Is it down or is there a way to fix this

me three as lifetime sub member ive tried for hours too login with no success at all
ive tried 27 and every day and night since last tried mourning of the 30/01/2022

well ive just got into tribble it crashed twice so far but atleast iam back and hope others can now log in
