Alienware Promotion Redemption Question

So, many moons ago, I created an Arc account to play STO. However, at the time, the game didn't grab me, so I stopped playing.
During the start of the Pandemic, Epic Games was providing some games for free. When looking at the other "free to play" games on their site, I came across STO again. I added it to my library, installed it, and fell in love with it. I have been playing it ever since, having a 65 Fed, 65 Jem Hadar and a 65 KDF.
Shortly after I started, one of the guys in my fleet told me that Alienware had a promotion that gave 1 T6 Klingon ship. When I redeemed it, it went to my old Arc account profile, not my Epic Games profile. I reached out and asked if there was a way to merge the two accounts, and was told that I could not since they were from different platforms. Thus, I have an Arc account that i don't use, and an Epic games account, both sharing my email address. So, does anyone know if there is a way to redeem the Alienware promotion to my STO account through Epic Games? Sorry for the glut of excess background.
