Discovery Era Andorians?

Bit of a niche request, but, are then any plans of adding/updating the player Andorian characters to reflect the Discovery Andorians, ala Th'Pev? (The foreheads are slightly different on Discovery.)

    They were planned to be added during Age of Discovery's launch, somehow the Devs forgot to add them as well as the Tellarites, the Discovery Faction was originally going to have the 4 founding members of the Federation plus Alien Gen.

    They didn't forget. They haven't gotten approval from CBS/Paramount yet, so they can't.

    Or I am thinking about Kelpians and put them is the same boat, I can't remember.

    People have been asking about them in streams and they have given answers about them, but I don't remember exactly what was said and I don't want to go through the streams again to find out.

    And if added, you wouldn't have to, right? But others, might like the *option* :)

    I was unaware of the intended (possible) additions with the Disco launch. It makes sense that the Studios are causing the hold up though.. Thanks for the reply.

    Definitely Kelpians. Kael said last livestream Discovery Andorians were “closer than they were before,” but he didn’t have an ETA. I have heard no plans or discussion about Discovery Tellarites.

    There was "pie in the sky" level discussions about DSC tellarites but that was never even as far as the Andorians

    Guaranteed we'll get them long before we get those Klingon War revamps.
