Just curious to know if it is now a permanent issue due to whatever ? the so called work around by turning the bloom off is crude and the graphics look like absolute TRIBBLE, so that isn't a solution. Once upon a midnight dreary as I ponder weak and weary.

Still, a fix is going to be well received but asking about a fix in the bug report section really isn't the correct place.
Well, unless you post on one of the many existing threads on the issue...

kinda looks more like avoidance and inability to fix it.
Continually posting about something in new threads instead of existing ones causes newer bug reports to go potentially unnoticed.
Also,
all due respect, those are not "updates."
being known and being investigated are simple replies that offer no details.
can we as players do stuff for them that may assist them?
is this effecting only nvidia players or not? console and pc?
while the long standing bugs that sit there like the azura sci accolade, still allow one to move on, and while the 'workaround' is possible to make it so a player can continue, this bug has been around for over two months and is more of an issue than the sci accolade, and it gets more postings because it is more irritating as a whole, and it changes the gamers setup for many missions, areas, etc, as to where the long standing azura bug is confined to one mission, and doesnt require alterations to settings.
asking for a few extra details, or help from the player base, if needed, i dont think is too much.
and while posting in new threads is a concern, consider the actions the ticket team tell people to take. so why not just post a new thread, period. maybe the ticket team can also advise to 'search' for related threads and update instead of making a new one.
