"Bloom" graphical issue?

Was this 'tweaked' recently for the new explosions? Because it is completely insane in the Sphere of Influence mission -- almost everything is blooming so intensely and the glow is so massive, that almost nothing is visible at the start. Just a wall of yellows and oranges. I turned the bloom effect off, and everything returns to normal, minus the 'normal' bloom effects.

    You are not alone in this. I had to turn bloom off to even try to get through the caves on New Romulus.

    doing that is fine for now as a work-around, but does not resolve it.

    many are seeking the resolution and fix. and while i am fine without 2.0 and bloom, others may prefer it and want it back. :)

    DS9 is awful without lighting 2.0

    Yeah this is a bug and needs a look at. Bloom is extreme and can cause headaches for people not expecting a flashbang when they beam down into a cave. Sphere of influence is nigh-unplayable.
