Can you list some of the areas that you're having issues with?

I posted this effecting the Lower Romulan caves, as others have said it effects several missions using the same map. I hadn't realized it started earlier than when I reported it. Still often we won't see Kael comment on issues that may be under investigation until DEVs find the cause; and then only in patch notes when we see it.

In the past rarely we'd see DEVs comment in a thread to say they are looking into it, still I remain hopeful they are aware of it.

    Thanks for the info.

I haven't run that mission in quite some time. I just went in, and **BAM!** My cones and rods immediately freaked out. I've also noticed similar bloom issues with "Firewall." Hopefully this will be looked at soon.

also in some space maps where there are gas clouds, though not quite as bad. Carraya comes to mind

The blinding lava in SoI happened concurrently with the update that changed the ship explosion VFX, so whatever they changed while doing those is what caused the issues on those maps...which doesn't really help in finding a quick solution if they changed a massive amount of code relating to the lighting system to make those explosions work the way they do now, but at least it narrows things SOMEWHAT.
Like special weapons from other Star Trek games? Wondering if they can be replicated in STO even a little bit? Check this out: https://forum.arcgames.com/startrekonline/discussion/1262277/a-mostly-comprehensive-guide-to-star-trek-videogame-special-weapons-and-their-sto-equivalents

I've made multiple tickets on this subject since 2.0 was implemented, but can only assume they were all filed in a bin somewhere . . .
    Definitely not an Arc User.

They are aware of it. Kael made mention of it in Ten Forward Weekly causing problems with the Mobile Defense net console testing.

Kael is a very decent person, as are the vast majority on forums, it's why I remain hopeful for the future...
