Reclaiming Frosted Boots

I have one character without Frosted Boots, so I went to purchase them from the Winter vendor. It says I can't, since they're "already purchased". I've triple-checked my Inventory, Bank, and Overflow Bag, and all of my characters to see if I had put them on one of them and don't have them.

Is there any way to reclaim a pair for one character?

    Weird, I own two pairs on my primary toon, both sets equipped on boffs. That restriction of "already owned" wasn't there years ago, though I also see it now.

    If the boots are actually gone, then you deleted them. You don't get a "this will be in the replicator if you change your mind" warning, so it's possible that if you deleted them, they were gone for good right away. That being said, I don't know why this would prevent you from buying another set.

    Have another look at all those places you mentioned. Using this device as the example, I would click a device slot on my character and see the big list to look for the frosted boots. Consider using the search bar to type FROSTED to highlight any results. Same for bank and inventory. Since this is a character bound item, you can save time checking your account bank or mail or exchange....the boots can't be there.

    I've also checked all my BOFFs and the boots are not there... Says already purchased and can't buy at the vendor. I have them on all my other characters... they are not any of my BOFFs, bank, inventory, or elsewhere.

    I'd also check there not slotted on the Captain's Device slot, as that's often where you put them. They just may not be listed or slotted on your Powertray / abilities bar...

    If you ever loose anything, be sure to go to a major social hub like Spacedock and then try doing a search. That's how I found my frosted boots. They didn't come up in general maps elsewhere. Why they didn't show anywhere until I went there I haven't a clue. But, yay! I found them going there thanks to the suggestion of another player.
