Can you play sto without steam after link

Hello I’ve linked my steam account to sto, if I stop using steam will I be able to still play sto without steam using arc ? Thank you

    You don't need Steam, Epic or Arc to play. Your Steam credentials should fine as far as I know.

    Not entirely sure, try launching it directly without steam on and see what happens.

    One of the launchers for STO does alter it so that it becomes somehow bound. It happened to me and I needed to do a full reinstall of STO to undo that.

    Yes, you can, i install it with steam or epic and just make a shortcut to the desktop, i just did it last week.
