Camera Rotation Around Character

To me, a game character is like a gaming miniature or action figure. You go to all the work to make them look just right (I know many, myself included, that have used the character creation to customize their characters from the Modiphius tabletop RPG). But you can never, in game, get to look at them in their environment, say the way you can in almost every other game out there. You should be able to rotate the camera around your captain. That is sad that you can not, considering the amount of effort we all put into these characters.
