Operation: Wolf no longer available?

I no longer see "Operation: Wolf" in my Task Force Operation list. Am I the only one or is this the same for all players? Might it be a bug?

    Event TFOs go away for awhile before coming back as regular TFOs later.

    I been in a few Operation Wolf runs the past few days as a random.

    It's still here for me in the normal list:
    2021-11-30%2002_16_51-Star%20Trek%20Online.png?raw=1
    I just checked on all main factions, including on a character that hasn't been played since the first Delta recruitment and thus has skipped a lot of missions since then, so it's not a case of the TFO only appearing if you complete the Firewall episode to avoid spoilers.

    Are you on PC or Console?
