anyone know why my account bank is all blacked out?

hey guys i started a vanguard and i went to another toon to put gear in account bank for him. that part went fine. however, on my vanguard when i go to the account bank to get the gear it's all blacked out. you can't see anything.so i went to my other toons to see if it was the same and everything was fine on them its just the vanguard. anyone know why?

    You MUST complete the tutorial missions and have chosen your faction to unlock Account Bank for Rom/Jemmy/TOS & DSC toons.
