Clarification Needed: "Console - Universal - Cloaking Device" and various "Battlecruisers"

I think this may just be a text/tooltip error needing an update...

So, [Console - Universal - Cloaking Device]" says it can be equipped on "Any Federation Tactical Escort (Tier 5+), Battle Cruiser, Dreadnought Cruiser, Aquarius Light Escort, or Defiant Pilot Warship".

I got curious if the Gagarin Miracle Worker Battlecruiser could equip the console, but it can't.

Now, I suspect that this is fully intended and the console shouldn't be equippable on the Gagarin. However, the tooltip suggests it should be...

Methinks the tooltip needs an update, perhaps?

The problem arises from the (questionable) design decision that was made, to not include the class name in the shipyard designations for Federation ships. (I will not that several of the newer ships have proken with this and actually included them, such as the Gagarin, Buran, etc).

By "Battlecruiser" (etc) it means only the ones named as such in the shipyard with no other language other than "Fleet", "Refit" or "Retrofit".... (in other words, the Avenger/Arbiter type). Same for "Tactical Escort" (meaning the Defiant variants), for "Dreadnought Cruiser" (meaning the three-nacelle Galaxy variant), etc.

As I said, the whole tooltip needs clarified.

Well, yes, but in order for that to be clear, the shipyard names of the affected ships also need to be changed.

Or they could make console equip limitations more relaxed. 'Escort' would mean any variant of escort-type ships. 'Destroyer' would be any kind of destroyer. Raider for raiders. So on. So forth.

There are other consoles that already have restrictions like that. However, not the cloak... it's specific to a few specific ships (for lore reasons). It's just that the way it refers to those ships in the tooltip is unclear.
