Gamma recruit not unlocking bonus admiralty slot

I finished all four admiralty campaigns with my gamma recruit but the additional slot wont unlock. Restarted the game, checked other chars, no change. See:

    I claimed the rewards for admiralty. No change.

    It would have suprised me if that worked considering all the other slots unlock instantly after reaching certain thresholds.

    Sometimes, you just need to switch map to see the change.
    Sometimes, it won't update 'til you relog.

    It unlocked today. After two days of switching accounts, toons, maps, TFOs... Out of the blue...
